My husband ansd I came to your establishment for breakfast. We were your first customers at 8am. Within the first couple of minutes we ordered 2 cappuccinos, a health yogurt/musli/fruit breakfast and a plate of scones. While we drank our piping hot drinks (very good) we admired your decor and brainstormed who we could bring to this chic place in the middle of town. My husband works for Standard Bank (corporate) and said it would be great to move there out of office meetings here. THIS IS WHEN THINGS WENT PEAR SHAPED. The food took 25mins!! to come from the kitchen..health breakfast was fair but scones were so stale we had to send them back. (I bake and they were at least two days old) It was the FIRST time in my life I came home and ate breakfast after going out for breakfast. My husband was agitated, being hungry and late for work. I am not recommending you to my friends and my husband will not be bringing his work collegues there. I guess we should have known better than to walk into an empty resturant. PS. in Rosebank when they charge R16 for a cappuccino they usually give you a nice biscuit.
